Welcome to St. Stephens ITI, Kattanam
This institute was started as ST.Stephen’S ITC Kattanam on 1981 under the management of ST.Stephen’S Orthodox Syrian Church (Kattanam Valiyapally). Institute was renamed as St.Stephen’s Private Industrial Training Institute DGE&T -19(5)/2011-CD dated 21st March 2011.
Permanent Affiliation to NCVT granted by Director of Training and Secretary NCVT to the trade FITTER (2 Units one in each) Vide letter No.DGET-6(9)/85-TC dated 3/1/86 communicated vide No. c2/18493/87(80) dated 3/10/87 by Department of Industrial Training, Thycaud, TVM -14, Kerala state.
Permanent affiliation of NCVT for ELECTRICIAN (2 units, one in each shift) granted vide No.DGET-6/9/3582-TC dated 5/3/87 by Director General of Employment and Training, Ministry of labors, Govt of India, New Delhi.
The Institute has completed 40 years in its glorious service to society.
